I had a conversation with the former Mayor of Ginatilan, Michael Sinco last year. He said that there is a planned road going there but the owners of the lots there won't allow that a part of their land will be turned to road.
Going there was a very nice experience. You feel like truly in nature with all the beautiful sights you will be passing from coconut trees and other trees, wild flowers, rivers, hills mountains and so many more.
Ginatilan is located at the southern part of Cebu, 136km. from the city. We always ride a bus going there. I can still remember the names of the busline, the Ceres and some other more.
Inambakan falls is a perfect getaway especially during high summer season. I hope that this area will be developed soon. It can be a great tourist attraction like the Kawasan Falls in Badian, Cebu.

I wish you A Happy Easter! :)
Wow! That falls is superb! I never thought that there are waterfalls like that in Cebu. I live in Biliran Province and its an island of waterfalls but never seen something like that. The water is blue and seems like a very refreshing one. Were you able to bathe on that falls?
